Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bloom (“the App”), operated by Jbae solutions llc (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the app
Bloom is a personal habit-tracking and journaling tool. You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Subscriptions and billing
Bloom Premium is offered with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the rate you selected — either $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year — unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, who processes your payment and handles applicable sales tax. You may cancel anytime through the link in your subscription confirmation email or by contacting us.
Intellectual property
All content, graphics, flower designs, and software in the App are owned by Jbae solutions llc or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Bloom is not a medical or mental health service and does not provide professional advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
